1. Physical properties
The density of PVC bamboo charcoal wall panels is usually between 0.65~0.95g/cm³, which is lower than that of metal or stone, lighter in weight, and more convenient to install and transport.
Using unique waterproof materials, the structure is multi-layered, the surface is smooth, and the water absorption rate is low, ensuring that it is not easily swollen or deformed in humid indoor environments.
2. Mechanical properties
PVC bamboo charcoal wall panel adopts high-density core material and advanced processing technology, with a bending strength of 25~40MPa, which is higher than traditional PVC materials.
Secondly, the multi-layer structure also gives it highly impact-resistant, with tests showing that its impact resistance can reach 30~50J/cm².
Carbon crystal wallboard is precisely processed, with good stability, and is not easily deformed by temperature or humidity changes.
3. Thermal performance
Compared with metal wall panels, PVC bamboo charcoal wall panels have a lower thermal conductivity, about 0.14~0.20W/m·K. Carbon crystal wall panels are not easily affected by environmental changes and can maintain good performance in indoor high temperature environments. They can usually be used in kitchens or bathrooms without deformation, softening, or falling off.
