First Layer: UV Protective Coat
The UV Protective Coat constitutes the uppermost layer of SPC Flooring, meticulously crafted to preserve the inherent elegance of the wood grain, thwart color degradation, and offer a surface that is easy to maintain. Users can effortlessly sweep and vacuum dust, while a damp cloth suffices for deeper cleaning, negating the need for harsh chemicals. Furthermore, this UV Coat amplifies the floor’s gloss, negating the requirement for
supplementary wax applications.
Second Layer: Durable Wear Resistance Layer
The Wear Resistance Layer plays a important role in absorbing impacts and repelling scratches, thereby preserving the softness, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of the floor for an extended duration. SPC Flooring boasts a Wear Resistance Layer with a thickness of 0.3 mm, resilient enough to endure up to 4,000 rotations without exhibiting any scratch marks.
Third Layer: Wood Grain Finish
The Wood Grain Finish layer of SPC flooring captures the essence of natural wood patterns, intricately mimicking the annual rings of trees and presenting a spectrum of inviting warm and cool hues.
Fourth Layer: Sturdy Core Structure
The core structure is the key of SPC flooring, composed of a robust composite blend of limestone and plastic. This central layer fortifies the strength and longevity of SPC wood
Fifth Layer: Acoustic and Moisture Barrier Layer
Our SPC Flooring incorporates a 1mm thick IXPE Insulation Layer within its moisture-resistant layer, serving as an impervious moisture barrier, an exceptional sound insulator, and a shield against bacteria. The IXPE layer offers flexibility to cushion impacts, repels water absorption, ensures moisture resilience, and is devoid of harmful substances like asbestos and formaldehyde.
Beofore the installation of SPC flooring, choose the appropriate supplies and tools. SPC flooring, underlay, glue, and joint covers are required materials. A saw, ruler, marking tool, cutter knife, folding ruler, and tape measure are among the tools required.
Putting in the underlay
Install the underlay first, then the SPC flooring. This layer is intended to guard SPC flooring against dampness.
Cut the SPC flooring
If required, use a circular saw or utility knife to cut the SPC flooring. To acquire an accurate cut, make sure to thoroughly measure and mark the area where the cut to be made.
Putting in SPC flooring
After the underlay has been laid correctly, carefully install the SPC flooring.
Making sure the seams are well-fastened.
We advise making sure the seams between the floor sheets are tight and even by using an instrument like a rubber mallet. Make sure the SPC floor is packed down tightly enough to prevent any gaps or air pockets from forming underneath the SPC floor.
