Kaxier SPC wall panels are 3mm thick solid wall panels. They can be installed on various substrates such as concrete, tiles, gypsum plaster, plywood, OSB, etc. No grouting is required, making them an excellent alternative to traditional tiles.
They are 100% waterproof, so they can be used in spaces with high humidity, such as bathrooms, toilets and swimming pools.
Our Kaxier SPC wall cladding are highly impact resistant and can be installed anywhere in your home or in areas that will endure high and robust volumns of people, such as hotels, bars, restaurants, gyms, shopping centres and so on.
They are easy to clean and are not easily stained by substances such as coffee or tea. Daily cleaning recommends using clean water and a rag to clean the panels.
Kaxier's spc wall panels has a layer of ASA on the surface, so they have good weather resistance and will not fade even when used outdoors.
Step 1: Clean the wall surface thoroughly and use a measuring tool to accurately measure the dimensions of the wall.
Step 2: Cut the spc wall panels to the size obtained from the first step with a saw. Make sure the cuts are precise so that the panels can be installed smoothly without any gaps or overlaps.
Step 3: Apply a layer of structural adhesive in a dot pattern on the back of the panels. Make sure the adhesive is evenly and fully distributed to ensure proper adhesion to the wall.
Step 4: Carefully fix the panels to the wall, pressing from top to bottom to ensure complete adhesion. Make sure the panels are installed smoothly without any wrinkles or creases.
Step 5: Tear off the protective film.
