Second Layer: Wood Grain Finish

Third Layer: Sturdy Core Structure
The core structure is the key of SPC flooring. It is composed of solid calcium carbonate powder and 100% virgin material PVC resin powder composite, with a density of up to 2.1. This center layer enhances the strength and service life of SPC wood.
Fourth Layer: Acoustic and Moisture Barrier Layer
Our SPC flooring is with a 1mm thick IXPE insulation layer within the moisture barrier, the IXPE layer has the flexibility to cushion impact, prevents moisture absorption, ensures moisture resistance, and does not contain harmful substances such as asbestos and formaldehyde, which can act as a moisture barrier, an excellent sound insulation material, and an anti-bacteria barrier.
